We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. The shopping cart is secure and I do not see you credit card information, only the card processing company does.

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY? TOP

We do not give out your email or any other information to another party. We do not participate in such a thing. We do not see your credit card number when you purchase from us. It is the credit card processing company that actually process the charge. That company is PayPal who has it's own security policies in place. If you use the Google checkout, again, we don't see your credit card information. Google keeps that and has their own policies regarding private information. The only thing that we save is your actual order which shows if you used a credit card or a PayPal account. After 6 months all printed records are burned.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? TOP

If I have made an error on your order I will replace it at no cost to you. You need to notify me first before sending the item back. This needs to be done within 30 days after receiving your purchase. I will not refund items that are ruined due to abuse and improper cleaning. If the error was on your part, such as wrong color, size, spelling then I will not replace it for free. I would re do the embroidery on a new item but it would be full price plus shipping.
I know that the majority of people are honest but I have been stung by the scammers. I will replace the order free of charge for my errors but if a customer wants the shirt replaced in a different color, size, design I will do it for the full price but never for free. I am just a one woman business here, not a Walmart.

At this time the only discounts are free shipping in the U.S.A for orders over $100.00. I've attempted to keep my prices reasonable so that everyone can afford to purchase from me.

WHAT SHIPPING SERVICES DO YOU OFFER? TOP

For both U.S.A., Canada, EU, UK and Ireland. I use Priority Mail from the postal service. In the U.S. delivery time is 2 -3 days. The other countries take longer, about a 5- 7 days usually. I charge only what the post office charges. The shipping calculator that I have on the site is directly linked to the USPS.

I am sorry but I do not embroider on items that I do not sell.

CAN YOU ADD A NAME/DESIGN TO A SHIRT THAT I HAVE PURCHASED FROM YOU IN THE PAST? TOP

Yes you can but please contact me first to get a price and information. One thing that I ask is that you please launder the shirt prior to sending it to me. Most folks send clean items but on occasion I have had to deal with someone's "dirty laundry". Obviously that is not acceptable. The minimum charge is $10 per name. It takes me quite a while to get the added figure to be like the previous ones.
