We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. The shopping cart is secure and I do not see you credit card information, only the card processing company does. We also have the Google Shopping cart.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER Five to six business days.
CAN I SEND THE SHIRT BACK TO YOU LATER ON TO ADD MORE NAMES? I can do this but be aware that if the original design was set up for a certain number of names, the additional name might look out of place.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? If I have made an error on your order I will replace it at no cost to you. You need to notify me first before sending the item back. This needs to be done within 30 days after receiving your purchase. I will not refund items that are ruined due to abuse and improper cleaning. If the error was on your part, such as wrong color, size, spelling then I will not replace it for free. I would re do the embroidery on a new item but it would be full price plus shipping.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS? At this time the only discounts are free shipping in the U.S.A for orders over $100.00. I've attempted to keep my prices reasonable so that everyone can afford to purchase from me.
WHAT SHIPPING SERVICES DO YOU OFFER? For both U.S.A. and Canada I use Priority Mail from the postal service. In the U.S. delivery time is 2 -3 days. Canada is longer, about a 5- 7 days usually. I charge only what the post office charges. The shipping calculator that I have on the site is directly linked to the USPS.
For the child's lunch boxes, rhinestone tee shirts, and child's tee shirts they are shipped from the decorator using their pricing and mode of mailing.
WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO? I only ship to the U.S.A. and Canada. For Canadian buyers, please be aware that these need to go through the Canadian customs and could possibly take up to 4 weeks to clear.
CAN YOU EMBROIDER ON MY OWN ITEM IF I SEND IT TO YOU? I am sorry but I do not embroider on items that I do not sell.

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY? We do not give out your email or any other information to another party. We do not participate in such a thing. We do not see your credit card number when you purchase from us. It is the credit card processing company that actually process the charge. That company is PayPal who has it's own security policies in place. If you use the Google checkout, again, we don't see your credit card information. Google keeps that and has their own policies regarding private information. The only thing that we save is your actual order which shows if you used a credit card, Google check out, or a PayPal account. After 6 months all printed records are burned.
